QuantumCore Featured by the University of Waterloo

We are proud to share that QuantumCore has been featured by the University of Waterloo, our founding institution and home to the Institute for Quantum Computing. The piece spotlights the momentum we have built since launching just over six months ago, and the milestones we have reached along the way.

The coverage details our core technology: an amplifier that boosts readout signals from a superconducting quantum chip at near absolute zero and delivers them to room temperature. This solves a critical engineering challenge that quantum computing companies will face as they scale toward thousands of qubits.

"We are not trying to build the most powerful quantum computer; we provide scalable components to all the major platform companies that are competing to build the world's first commercial quantum computers."
Eugene Profis, CEO, QuantumCore

The article also highlights our Canadian financing approach through brokered and non-brokered private placements, our public listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange, and our $1.7 million NSERC Alliance Grant secured through our IQC partnership. We are grateful to the Waterloo ecosystem for the access to talent, fabrication resources, and the community that has made this growth possible.
